Team NHW was created by Warren & Gayle Frost, a happily married couple and family of 5 (6 including the cat) who decided to share a passion for introducing people to Herbalife Nutrition. 

Since being introduced to Herbalife in 2015, Warren and Gayle have benefited enormously by using products coupled with learning about good nutrition generally and having a balanced varied diet, as well as an active lifestyle. 

They enjoy and believe in the products (and the community) so much that they decided to become Herbalife Distributors themselves, which means purely to show others how to benefit from good nutrition, show people how to cultivate new healthy habits, and how Herbalife Nutrition can help in achieving a balanced healthy lifestyle that's practical in today's often hectic World. 

What followed was the creation of Team NHW (Nutrition, Health & Well-being) which provides help, support, training and motivation for other Herbalife Members/ Distributors in their network, in order for the Team as a whole to help as many people as possible.
